摘要
砒霜试样用盐酸溶解,然后用空气 乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法直接测定其中铁的含量,对测定条件进行了优化。铁的回收率为98 3%~103 3%,相对标准偏差为0 23%~0 43%。与邻菲罗啉光度法的比较结果显示,两种方法的测定结果一致,但原子吸收光谱法更简便,实用性更强,测定大批量样品时,更快捷、准确。
After white arsenic beingdissolved with hydrochloric acid, the content of Fein the solution isdetermined sensitively by airacetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The optimum conditionsfor determination areestablished. Comparing with ophenanthroline spectrophotometry, the method is simpler, faster and precisioner. The recovery of Fe is in the range of 983%~1033%.The relative standard deviation is in the range of 023%~043%.
