摘要
美国是世界上研究性大学创办得很好的国家,这类研究性大学得到了政府拨款的支持,大学不惜重金聘请优秀的教师,重视学科建设,努力营造良好的学术氛围,既注重提高科研数量,更注重提高科研质量。我们应该抓住时机,借鉴美国先进经验,贯彻科教兴国战略。
America is a country whose research universities are run quite well in the world. These universities are financially supported by the government and high salary is offered to employ famous professors. They attach importance to the subject building, provide a comfortable learning environment and pursuit both quantity and quality of research achievements. We should take the chance, adopt some of their good experiences and carry out the strategy of rejuvenating our country with science and education.
