摘要
指出目前电网中电能质量运行监督的“盲区” ,从国内一次大面积停电事故出发 ,强调实行电能质量全面运行监督的必要性 ,同时指出为实现此目的应进行的一系列工作。
This paper poses the “blind area”of operational supervision of electric energy quality in the present network ,to proceed from a domestic wide-area blackout event,it emphasizes the necessity of implementing all-sided operational supervision over electricenergy quality ,and meanwhile proposes a series of works to be done in order to realize this purpose.
