摘要
目的:动态研究在树鼩肝癌形成过程中p53和Bax的蛋白表达以及它们之间的关系。方法:利用免疫组织化学S—P法,对实验组35例树鼩肝癌形成过程第30周、60周的肝癌组织及13例同期的空白对照组树鼩肝活检组织,进行p53、Bax蛋白的检测。结果:p53、Bax基因在树鼩HCC形成过程中,它们的表达均呈递增趋势。结论:p53、Bax基因的表达无明显依存关系。动态观察Bax的表达对预测肝癌有一定作用。
Objective: To investigate the relationship dynamically between the protein expressions of p53 and Bax genes and the development of tree shrew liver cancer. Methods: Using immunochemistry S - P method to monitor the protein expression of the target genes on liver biopsy tissue for 35 cases of tree shrews with developing HCC( experimental group) and 13 cases of normal tree shrews (controlled group) at the 30th - week 60th - week in the same period. Results: The p53 and Bax genes expressions were increased with development of HCC. Conclusion : Signifieant diffrence in statistics was not observed for these gene expressions and HCC.
