摘要
介绍了JL 501型、JL 601型机车轴承诊断系统的测试原理及测试程序,通过判断参数grms、kv及轴承的故障频率对机车走行部轴承故障部位进行诊断分析,提出了走行部轴承故障的主要判断方法及其相应的处理措施。
The detecting principle and program of JL-501 and JL-601 locomotive bearing diagnosis devices are (presented).The fault location can be determined by judging the parameters of g_(rms),k_v and fault frequency of bearing.The main judging and treatment methods of bearing trouble of running gear are given in this paper.
