摘要
在分析企业竞争优势的产生原因时,应该注重其形成的内生性,并由此探寻决定企业竞争优势的关键变量。通过对企业竞争优势的分析综述,认为异质型人力资本是决定企业竞争优势的关键变量,并在此基础上,考察了异质型人力资本的重要内容,最后得出结论与启示。
When the causes of business competitive edge are analyzed,importance should be attached to their endogenous variables.This paper holds that heterogeneous human capital is the key variable of business competitive edge,studies the important contents of heterogeneous human capital,reaches a conclusion and gives some enlightenments.
