摘要
本文确立了水中莠去津、乙草胺残留量检测方法。样本采用固相萃取提取净化,用气相色谱法在同一根色谱柱上分离后分别进入氮磷检测器、电子捕获检测器进行检测。莠去津、乙草胺平均回收率分别为88.9%-91.5%和90.7%-96.5%;相对标准偏差分别为9.7%和5.6%;线性相关系数分别为0.989和0.995。
A method was developed to determine atrazine and acetochlor in water .The procedure including extraction and clean up with SPE, and determination by GC with NPD and ECD was described. The average recoveries of atrazine and acetochlor were 88.9%~91.5% and 90.7%~96.5%. The coefficients of variation were 9.7% and 5.6%,the linear correlation were 0.9897 and 0.9958, respectively.
