摘要
结合小官庄铁矿矿体埋藏深、倾角缓、矿岩松软破碎、地压显现明显、难于开采的特点 ,通过采取加大采矿结构参数 ,应用低贫化放矿新工艺 ,提高采准巷道锚喷网支护强度 ,确定合理的巷道断面形状、掘进施工工艺和采准回采顺序等综合措施 ,改善了作业区环境应力状况 ,有效地控制了采场地压 ,降低了开采成本 ,实现了复杂矿体的高效开采。
In light of the orebody characteristics of Xiaoguanzhuang Iron Mine of deep lying, small inclination, soft and fractured ore rock, evident ground pressure exhibition and difficult mining, comprehensive measures were taken such as enlarging the mining structure parameters, applying new low-dilution ore drawing technology, raising the shotcrete-and-bolting wire supporting strength of preparatory workings and determining rational profile shape of drift, drivage technology and preparation and stoping sequence. As a result, the environmental stress of the operation area was improved, the ground pressure of stope effectively controlled, the mining cost reduced and highly efficient mining of the complex orebody realized.
