摘要
目的 为了研制一种速效灭蟑毒饵对德国小蠊实验室和现场的毒杀效果。方法 按照国标规定的有关方法进行了实验室、现场等实验。结果 德国小蠊对速效灭蟑毒饵 2 4h摄取量是对照饵料的 12 .6倍 ;实验室有选择与无选择实验的LT5 0 无显著差别 ,48h的死亡率均为 10 0 % ;投药后毒饵滞留 2周的LT5 0 和 48h的死亡率与新放毒饵无差别 ;52℃保存 2周对德国小蠊的LT5 0 和 10 0 %死亡时间分别为 5.5h和 96h ;现场实验中投药后第 1d为灭蟑高峰日 ,杀灭蟑螂总数的 50 .6% ;第 1~ 3d为灭蟑高峰期占死亡总数 81.1% ,第 3 0d后蟑螂密度降低率为 10 0 %。
Objective To estimate the killing effects of a new designed poison bait on Blattella germanica. MethodsThe poison bait was tested under labor atory and field conditions according to the national standard methods.ResultsThe feeding a mount of cockro ach on the poison bait was 12.6 times more than the non-poison bait. There were no significant LT 50 difference of the poison bait between forced and unforced feeding tests.Mortalities obtained at 48h in b oth of the two tests were 100%. After the bait were applied for 2 we eks, the poison bait achieved the same LT 50 and 48 h mortalities was 100% . When stored at 52 ℃ for 2 weeks,the LT 50 and LT 100 of the poison bait were 5.5 h and 96 h. In field trial, about 50.6% cockroaches were k ille d on the first day after the baits were applied. Till to the 3rd day it reac hed 81.1%. All the cockroaches were killed at the 30th day after applicati on. Conc lusionThe new poison bait could kill cockroach quickly and efficiently.
