Synthesis of Butyl Butyrate with Supported NaHSO_4·H_2O as A Catalyst

摘要 以硫酸氢钠为催化剂合成丁酸丁酯。适宜合成条件以0.2mol丁酸为基准,醇酸摩尔比1.2,催化剂用量0.75g,反应时间30min,酯收率达89.62%。该催化剂具有催化活性高,反应时间短,后处理工艺简单,不腐蚀设备,无环境污染等优点。 Butyl butyrate as synthesized with supported NaHSO4·H2O as a catalyst. Optimum conditions were as follows: molar ratio of n-butanol to n-butanoic acid was 1.2, catalyst amount was 0.75g, reaction time was 30 min, the yield of butyl butyrate was 89.62%on 0.2 mol n-butanoic acid. Experiments showed that the catalyst was the most efficient, economic and environmental friendly.
