摘要
竞争情报活动可以分为 5个相互关联的阶段。本文介绍了国外较成熟的竞争情报软件在每个阶段所表现出的实际作用 ,以及它们是如何帮助竞争情报人员更加有效地开展竞争情报活动的。通过分析 ,得出了竞争情报软件能提高竞争情报团队的效率 ,但不能替代竞争情报团队的结论 。
The competitive intelligence activities can be divided into 5 correlated stages This article introduces the role of some fairly matured competitive intelligence softwares in each stage in foreign countries,and how they help competitive intelligence personnel carry out competitive intelligence activities more efficiently The conclusion after analysis is that,competitive intelligence softwares can be used to raise the efficiency of competitive intelligence teams,but cannot help the competitive intelligence teams make conclusions The article also gives some advices of how to purchase competitive intelligence softwares
