摘要
在以氯仿环己烷为主体溶剂所形成的十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)逆胶束介质中,基于luminol I2化学发光体系及O2~I-氧化还原体系间接实现对水中溶解氧(DO)的测定;研究了氯仿和环己烷的不同配比、水和表面活性剂摩尔浓度比值(R)、CTAB浓度、pH值、鲁米诺浓度等条件对化学发光强度的影响.在优化条件下测定溶解氧的线性范围为0 8~10μg/mL,检出限(3σ)为0 08μg/mL.
A chemiluminescence(CL) method is proposed for the indirect determination of dissolved oxygen, which is based on the CL reaction between iodine which is produced by the reaction between dissolved oxygen and iodide, and luminol in a reversed micellar medium formed by the cation surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) in a chloroform-cyclohexane (3∶7, V/V)-water (0.2 mol/L Na_2CO_3-NaHCO_3 buffer solution with the pH of 11.5). The effect of ratio of chloroform to cyclohenxane, R value, pH value, the concentration of luminol and CTAB were investigated in detail. In the optimum conditions, CL intensities are proportional to concentrations of the dissolved oxygen over the range 0.8~10 μg/mL with a detection limit of 0.08 μg/mL. The method has been applied to the determination of dissolved oxygen in water samples with satisfactory results.
