摘要
针对变压器行业的关注重点即短路电磁力作用下电力变压器线圈的稳定性 ,研究了短路条件下内线圈的径向稳定性。鉴于线匝撑条的非理想固紧 ,建立了电缆绕组变压器内线圈弹支座径向失稳模型 ,利用小挠度线性有限元法计算了线匝的径向各阶屈曲载荷 ,还讨论了屈曲载荷与撑条根数、等效弹支座弹性系数、线匝刚度和初始缺陷的关系。
It is important to analyze the stability of windings on power transformer in consideration of short circuit magnetic forces. The radial stability of inner winding in consideration of short circuit magnetic force was studied in this paper. Considering the spacers not fixed completely, the model of radial stability with spring footstone about inner winding was set up firstly. Every order buckling load was calculated by finite element method in considering of small deflection, and the relationships among bucking load to spacer number, spring equivalent coefficient, stiff of turn and initial deformation were discussed.
