在详细回顾中国电网发展历程的基础上,分析中国电网发展的经验和教训,阐明统一规划、合理构网、确保稳定、协调发展、统一管理、合理电价等电网建设和运行应严格遵守的基本原则,对中国未来电网的规模、格局和电网发展的技术取向等分阶段进行展望。
This paper analyzes the lessons and the experiences of development of power system in China, based on reviewing the history of development in detail. The basic principles of power system construction and operation, such as unified planning, reasonable power network structure, ensuring power system stability, coordinating development, unified management, reasonable electricity price, which should be complied with strictly, are expounded in the paper. At the same time, the prospects for the scale and general layout of China's power system in the future, the technical orientation of the development of power system are also given specifically.
