摘要 对纳米CaCO3 在六偏磷酸钠分散剂中的分散性进行研究 ,考察体系粒度及Zeta电位受pH值、分散剂用量影响的变化规律 ,通过对分散剂的加入量以及分散条件的控制对CaCO3 粉体进行分散实验 ,对纳米CaCO3 粉体的分散性与Zeta电位与分散剂的关系进行探讨研究 ,找到纳米CaCO3 This paper reported experiments aimed at the optimum dispersive condition in the particle size test of the nano CaCO 3. The nano CaCO 3 was dispersed with sodium hexametaphosphate (Na(PO 4) 6) in capacity from 0.0002g/ml to 0.06g/ml and in ultrasonic processing time from 1 min.to 30 min.Simultaneously the particle size distribution,pH and the Zeta potential of the dispersed (treated) nano CaCO 3 were measured. The results showed that the sodium hexame taphosphate was a new dispersant for the particle size test of the nano CaCO 3 and the optimum dispersive condition in the particle size test of the nano CaCO 3 was the ultrasonic processing time being 15 minutes,the capacity of sodium hexame taphosphate being 0.002g/ml and the pH being greater than 8.
