简单介绍了大庆地区特殊的地域条件和经济环境以及在大庆地区开发电子商务平台的目的和意义.文章结合"B2C电子商务系统的研究与建立"项目的实际开发,探讨了如何在大庆地区创建B2C电子商务系统平台.对B2C电子商务平台的结构设计和业务流程进行了详细的阐述,还对该系统平台主要功能的开发与实现进行了说明.
The special regional condition and economic environment in area of Daqing were introduced,as well as the development of platform of e-commerce in area of Daqing.Then how to build the B2C platform was discussed based on the development of the project named 'researching and constructing the B2C e-commerce system'. The structure and process of the B2C platform of e-commerce were expounded. And the development and realization of the main function of this platform were explained.
