摘要
资本运动遵循回报率最高和效率最高两大基本定律,但民族地区的招商引资并未很好地遵循。解决民族地区招商引资中的问题,需要民族地区遵循资本运动的基本定律,从招商指导思想的确立、招商政策措施的出台、招商项目的论证筛选、项目营销推介促进和项目实施中的管理服务等五个方面入手,制定和实施相应的招商对策。
The turner of capital is dominated by two basic laws: best repayments and best efficiency, but in the course of attracting merchants and introducing capital funds, these two laws are not strictly abided by in some minority areas. If this problem is to be solved better, the leaders in the minority areas should follow the above 2 basis laws , and furthermore, make and care on relevant policies of how to attract businessmen.
