摘要
本文报道-IgM单克隆抗体F3所识别的细胞成熟相关抗原.经放免及间接免疫荧光对不同细胞及上皮组织测定表明,F3抗原主要分布于成熟上皮细胞及粒系细胞.用1.2%二甲基亚砜诱导下咽癌细胞系FADU及粒系细胞HL-606天后,两种细胞对F3抗原表达量明显增加,F3阳性细胞百分数也增加.实验结果表明,F3抗原作为细胞成熟相关标志,可用于细胞诱导分化的研究中.
An antigen recognized by an IgM monoclonal antibody F3 was found to be expressed predominantly on epithelial and myeloid cell lineages when tested with a panel of cells and tissues by binding assay as well as by indirect immunofluorescent assay.It was also noticed that this antigen appeared on more mature types of epithelial and myeloid cell surfaces.Addition of the non-specific inducer of differentiation,dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO),to the growth medium of hypopharyngeal carcinoma cell line FADU and promyelocytic leukaemia cell line HL-60 could induce an increase of the expression of F3 antigen.Therefore,F3 antigen was considered as a maturation associated antigen of epithelial and myeloid cells.Using F3 antigen as a maturation marker,the unique tissue distribution and some properties of F3 antigen are also discussed.
