摘要
总管府始建于北周武成元年(559年),是北周军事官僚体系的重要组成部分。文章通过对文献资料的仔细梳理,对北周总管府设置的原因、分布、类型、地位、官员选任、总管府僚属及职掌等问题进行了详细分析,勾勒出北周总管府的结构和特点。
The paper, based on the careful studies of the relevant historical literature, make an analysis on the origin, distribution, rank, selection of officials, subordinates and the power and responsibilities of the General Governing Offices of the Northern Zhou Dynasty, and it also outlines the structure and characteristics of the offices.
