摘要
本文通过对村党支部与村委会关系现状以及健全村党组织领导的充满活力的村民自治机制工作专题调研,分析了农村"两委"关系不协调、不团结的表现形式和主要原因,提出了理顺村"两委"工作关系的难点、重点以及进一步理顺村"两委"关系的建议和对策。
Through the investigation of the relation between the village's party branch and the villager committee and the mechanism of the villager's selfgovernment,and analysing the existing forms and the main causes of their noncooperation and nonunity,this paper gives the suggestions and contermeasures to solve the problems
