摘要
在我国社会主义市场经济体制逐步建立的过程中,伴随着新公共管理运动的范围拓展及治理理论的深入人心,政府与社会、政府与市场的二元互动关系产生了质的变化,社会权力配置发生了结构性的变迁,民主自理意识开始觉醒并日益凸显。受此影响,社会中介组织应运而生并蓬勃发展。但由于历史和现实的原因,我国社会中介组织还很不完善,在其建立、运行、管理和监督等方面都存在一定的问题,从而制约了它的沟通、协调、服务等功能的发挥。把握我国社会中介组织的现状,积极寻求其发展及完善的对策。
During the processing of our country's stepping up socialism market economic system,with the new public governing movement and governing concept accepted universally,the relation between government and society has changed qualitatively,social power distribution has changed greatly in structure,democratic self-governing concept become popular and obvious. Influenced by this,social medium organization were established and flourishing.However,for some reasons,social intermediary organization are not perfect.Some problem exist in establishment,operation,management and supervision,as a result,the function,such as communication,coordination,
