当今世界发达国家都将教育管理体制视为教育改革的重要一环,本文比较了美、英、法、德、俄、日六个主要发达国家现行教育管理体制的现状及特征,探讨了当前教育管理体制改革中的五大课题。
The reform of education administration system is seen as an important part of educational reform in the developed countries. This paper introduces and compares the present situations and features of the education administration systems in the U.S., the U.K., France, Germany, Russia and Japan, and discusses the five major topics in the reform of education administration system.
