摘要
法律社会学是一门新兴学科 ,近年来得以蓬勃发展。从其发展历史来看 ,由于研究对象、理论取向和方法原则等方面存在较大差异 ,因而学科范式的不确定性也就显而易见。为促进该学科的发展 。
The sociology of law is a newly rising course and is booming in recent years. From the point of developmental history, there is a lot of difference in the study object, theoretical tendency and methodological principles, therefore, the indefiniteness of the course paradigm is self-evident. In order to promote this course, it is particularly important to construct a regular study paradigm.
