摘要
从中药的性能出发,在解读药对含义的基础上从相须、相使方面总结临床全蝎药对的常用组合。全蝎相须药对的配伍规律为配伍熄风止痉药物,常用全蝎与蜈蚣辛散辛开、全蝎与钩藤辛甘发散、全蝎与僵蚕咸软辛散。全蝎相使药对的配伍规律为配伍辛温解表类、清热解毒类、攻毒类虫类、化痰止咳平喘类药物,代表药物组合为全蝎与麻黄辛散苦泄、全蝎与龙胆辛开苦降、全蝎与蜂房辛散甘缓、全蝎与肉桂辛开辛散、全蝎与瓜蒌辛甘发散。通过整理全蝎临床常用药对组合及功效,为深入挖掘药对的临床价值提供思路。
Based on the nature and actions of Chinese materia medica,on the basis of interpreting the meaning of drug pairs,the common combination of the clinical Quanxie(Scorpio)drug-pairs was summarized from the aspects of mutual promotion and mutual enhancement.The law of compatibility of Scorpio drug-pairs with mutual enhancement is compatible with the drugs of extinguishing wind and stopping convulsions.Scorpio is compatible with Wugong(Scolopendra)for pungent dispersing and opening,Scorpio is compatible with Gouteng(Ramulus Uncariae Cum Uncis)for pungent and sweet dispersing,Scorpio is compatible with Jiangcan(Bombyx Batryticatus)for salting soft and pungent dispersing.The law of compatibility of Scorpio drug-pairs with mutual promotion is compatible with relieving superficies syndrome with pungent and warm natured drugs,clearing heat and removing toxicity drugs,counteracting toxic substances and insects drugs,dissipating phlegm,relieving cough and anti-asthmatic drugs.The representative drugpairs were Scorpio is compatible with Mahuang(Herba Ephedrae)for pungent dispersing and bitter purgation,Scorpio is compatible with Longdan(Radix Gentianae)for pungent opening and bitter descending,Scorpio is compatible with Fengfang(Nidus Vespae)for pungent dispersing and sweet alleviating,Scorpio is compatible with Rougui(Cortex Cinnamomi)for pungent dispersing and opening,Scorpio is compatible with Gualou(Fructus Trichosanthis)for pungent sweet dispersing.The clinical commonly used Scorpio drug-pair and actions were summarized to provide ideas for further exploration of drugs for greater clinical value.
