摘要
总结安效先从风、痰、瘀论治儿童支气管哮喘慢性持续期经验。风、痰、瘀伏于肺络是儿童支气管哮喘的宿根,内风伏肺,外风侵袭,痰瘀互结,顽邪阻于气道,致气道挛急,故病情迁延难愈,反复发作。临证应用疏风、化痰、祛瘀法,分期论治,使肺络伏风得泄、伏痰得化、络瘀得通,气道不被邪气所缚而挛急消解。
This paper summarized the experience of AN Xiaoxian in treating children chronic persistence of bronchial asthma from view of wind,phlegm and stasis.Wind,phlegm and stasis hidden in the lung collaterals are the root causes of children’s bronchial asthma.The internal winds hidden in the lungs,the external winds invading,the intermingled phlegm and blood stasis,the stubborn pathogens hindering the airway leads to the airway contraction,so the disease is protracted and difficult to heal,with repeated attack.The method of dispelling wind,resolving the phlegm and removing the stasis is applied in clinical treatment with different stages,so that the winds hidden in the lung collaterals can be dispelled,the hidden phlegm can be resolved,and the collateral stasis can be unblocked.The airway is not bound by the pathogenic qi and the contraction is rapidly resolved.
