摘要 皮肤瘙痒是胆汁淤积性肝病患者最为常见的主诉,严重的瘙痒可引起患者的生活质量下降及生理和心理功能的异常。从心主火主热、心主血脉、心主神明3个方面分别探讨"诸痛痒疮,皆属于心"的含义及胆汁淤积性肝病继发皮肤瘙痒的发病机理,强调通过调养营血及神志心理因素的治疗,可对改善胆汁淤积性肝病继发皮肤瘙痒患者的生活质量及预后产生积极意义。
