摘要
教学质量工程项目建设是提高高职高专医学院校教育教学质量的重要途径,与高职院校培养高素质技能型人才的办学定位相吻合。本文从质量工程项目建设的质量管理出发,介绍了质量管理的定义和内涵,论述了项目管理的孵化和培育、项目管理的实施过程、项目管理的验收以及人人参与的氛围营造,并结合本校教学质量工程项目建设实际和成效,对质量管理进行了有益的探索和实践。
The construction of off-campus practice teaching base in higher vocational medical colleges is very important to improve students’ operational ability, improve the quality of education and teaching, and train high-quality skilled practical talents. This paper points out the importance of the construction and management of off-campus teaching bases in medical colleges of higher vocational colleges, analyzes the problems existing in the construction and management of teaching bases at present, and put forward the possible research directions for the next step, including improving teaching facilities, improving teaching conditions, improving management level, and establishing science, system and customers. The evaluation system and guidance plan of the concept will promote the sound development of the construction of off-campus teaching bases.
