摘要
目的观察高压氧合化瘀益肾填髓汤治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的临床疗效,探讨其部分作用机制。方法选取2017年4月—2018年4月收治的门诊、急诊及疗区VD患者,采取分层随机方法,将120例VD患者随机分为西药组、中药组、高压氧+中药组,观察治疗前后3组患者简易智能量表(MMSE)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)、社会功能活动调查评分(FAG)、张氏长谷川痴呆修改量表(HDS)评分水平变化。结果治疗后与西药组、中药组比较,高压氧+中药组MMSE、ADL、FAG、HDS量表评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),3组治疗有效率方面高压氧+中药组优于西药组及中药组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧联合化瘀益肾填髓汤可有效改善VD患者的认知功能、非认知功能及个人行为能力。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of hyperbari c oxygen combined with Huayu Yishen Tiansui decoction in the treatment of vascular dementia(VD), and to explore its mechanisms. Methods The subjects of VD patients in outpatient, emergency and treatment areas from April 2017 to April 2018 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. The 120 patients with VD were randomly divided into Western medicine group, Chinese medicine group, and HBO+TCM group with stratified random methods.The changes of MMSE, ADL, FAG, and HDS scores of the three groups were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment, the scores of MMSE, ADL, FAG, and HDS in the HBO+TCM group were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment efficiency of HBO + TCM group was better than that of Western medicine group and Chinese medicine group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with Huayu Yishen Tiansui decoction can effectively improve the cognitive function, non-cognitive function and individual behavior ability of VD patients.
