摘要
目的探讨现代康复护理和早期中医护理运用在老年脑梗塞患者中的临床价值。方法选择2015年2月—2016年2月我院收治的92例老年脑梗塞患者为研究对象,根据数字随机法将其分为2组,每组46例。其中对照组行现代康复护理,而观察组则运用早期中医护理,比较2组护理效果。结果观察组治疗有效率93.48%(43/46)明显高于对照组78.26%(36/46)(P<0.05);干预后,观察组ADL和STREAM评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床给予老年脑梗塞患者早期中医护理效果显著。
Objective To explore the clinical value of modern re habilitation nursing and early Chinese medicine nursing in elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 92 elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from February2015 to February 2016 were selected as subjects,and divided into two groups according to the numerical randomization method.The control group received modern rehabilitation nursing,while the observation group received early traditional Chinese medicine nursing,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in observation group was 93.48%(43/46),which was significantly higher than that in control group(78.26%)(36/46)(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of ADL and STREAM in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the satisfaction degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early traditional Chinese medicine nursing has significant effect.
