摘要
在我国人口老龄化形势日益严峻的背景下,养老服务发展不平衡不充分的矛盾突出,供需不匹配的困境亟须突破。以"精准化"推进养老服务供给侧改革,是积极应对人口老龄化的题中之义。"互联网+"能为养老服务精准化提供有力的技术支持,"互联网+"推动养老服务精准化的机理为需求识别精准化、资源配置精准化、服务推送精准化、服务评估精准化。"互联网+"推动养老服务精准化的具体实现路径包括厘清责任边界、共享养老资源、建设人才队伍、开展网络培训、维护信息安全。
Under the background of the increasingly severe situation of population aging in China, the contradiction of unbalanced and insufficient development of old-age services is prominent, and the dilemma of supply-demand mismatch needs to be broken through urgently. Promoting the supply-side reform of old-age services with 'precision' is an essential requirement for coping with the aging of the population. 'Internet+' is an important impetus of supply-side reform, and it can provide strong technical support for precision of elderly service. The mechanism is that it can identify needs, allocate resource, deliver service, and assess service precisely. The approaches include clarifying responsibility boundary, sharing pension resources, building talent team, carrying out network training and maintaining information security.
