摘要
从风力发电机叶片导轨上取样,将其切割成特定尺寸,酸洗、剖光处理后进行激光强化处理,在光学显微镜和扫描电镜下进行观察。对试样表面进行硬度测试,发现试样的硬度明显高于常规处理的试样,说明激光表面处理是一种很好的表面硬化处理方式。激光处理除了可以提高硬度而且可以提高耐磨性,此外提高硬度和石墨球暴露的方法也可以提高耐磨性。
A specific size sample was cut from a wind turbine blade guide rail, and the sample was treated with a laser processing, then the specimen was observed under optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that, on the surface of the sample, the hardness of the specimen is obviously higher than that of the conventional treatment,which means that the laser surface treatment is a very good surface hardening treatment method..
