摘要
利用UPrint SE Plus FDM成型设备和Catalyst EX软件进行实验,通过选择不同的打印参数,分析熔融沉积成型技术(FDM)成型效率与材料用量的影响因素。结果表明,合理地选择打印参数,正确的设置模型放置方式和支撑方式以及模型内部填充方式,能够明显地减少了打印时间,提高了成型工作效率。
The efficiency and material adoption of FDM technology were studied by using UPrint SE Plus FDM forming machine and Catalyst EX software.The effect factors of FDM molding efficiency and the amount of material were analyzed.The results show that the efficiency of molding work can be improved and the filling print time can be significantly reduced by choicing reasonable print parameters.
