摘要
针对湖南湘潭钢铁有限公司终端客户反映部分SWRCH 35K、45K中碳钢盘条球化退火后,镦打螺杆时出现裂纹比例上升的问题,对盘条进行了取样、显微组织检验分析,发现显微组织局部有偏析和魏氏组织,部分珠光体呈片状。通过下调精轧、终轧、吐丝温度,下调斯太尔摩辊道速度,消除了片状珠光体和魏氏组织,细化了晶粒,提升了材料冷镦性能。
Aimed at the higher cracking rate in the heading process of SWRCH35 K and 45 K medium carbon wire rod after spheroidizing annealing,the microstructure was tested and found that there was some Widmannst?tten structure and segregation occurring locally,and some pearlite structure was lamellar.By lowering the finishing rolling temperature,laying temperature and STM roll speed,the lamellar pearlite and Widmannst?tten structure were avoided,the grain was fine,so the heading property of wire rod was improved.
