摘要
取向硅钢带头卷取质量的好坏直接影响到钢卷在后工序流转过程中的成材率等重要指标,而薄带钢带头卷取褶皱是卷取质量异常较为常见的形式之一。针对薄带钢带头卷取褶皱问题,经过分析,通过调整助卷皮带松紧度及抱臂小翻板的角度,避免了横向褶皱的产生;通过提高出口辊组精度管理,从根本上消除了带钢纵向卷取褶皱的隐患。
The coiling head quality of the oriented silicon steel is very important in its production,which directly affects the product qualification rate of the steel coil in the next process.To solve the problem of thin gauge strip head coiling fold,some measures were proposed,one was by adjusting the wrapper belt tightness and the angle of small arms to avoid the transverse folding,the other was by improving the precision management of the exit roller group to eliminate the hidden danger of strip lengthwise coiling fold.
