摘要
介绍了首钢京唐公司2 230 mm酸轧机组板形控制手段,模拟仿真了CVC、ESS辊型的板形控制能力。针对生产中的板形突变问题,对现场生产热轧来料凸度及性能进行了测量,定量研究了热轧来料对冷轧板形控制的影响。规范了热轧来料凸度要求及热轧工艺控制,使酸轧过程中的板形突变比例逐步下降。
The shape control methods of 2 230 mm PL-TCM of Shougang Jingtang Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.were introduced.The strip shape control abilities of CVC and ESS roll were simulated.In view of the cold rolled strip shape problems,the convexity and performance of hot rolled strip were measured,and the influence of hot rolled strip on the shape of cold rolled products was quantitatively studied.Meanwhile,the requirements of the hot rolled strip crown and the hot rolling process control were standardized,and the proportion of the strip shape mutation during the acid and colding rolling process was gradually reduced.
