摘要
一、前言电位溶出分析法是Jagner于1976年提出的一种新的电化学分析方法。近年来巳得到越来越广泛的应用。它具有灵敏度高,测定过程中样品预处理简单,对表面活性物质及电活性物质(例如硝化过程产生的硝基化合物等)的抗干扰能力较阳极溶出伏安法强等优点。因此,在环境监测、生化及医学临床分析等方面具有广阔的应用前景。
A microcomputer-based potentiometric stripping analyzer design is shown in this paper.It can be used to determine some heavy metallic ions of trace amount. It can deal with the sampling data and print the experiment results autometically. This potentiometric stripping analyzer has been used to determine the Pb^(2+), Zn^(2+) and Cd^(2+) in blood serum, urine and water with satisfaction.
