摘要
目的 建立藏药十一味金色丸的鉴别和没食子酸的测定方法。方法 采用薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法。结果 鉴别了十一味金色丸中诃子、角茴香、铁棒锤、波棱瓜子和榜嘎等药材 ,并采用HPLC法测定了诃子的有效成分没食子酸的含量 ,其回归方程为 :A =5× 10 6C - 7 6× 10 3 (r=0 .9998) ,没食子酸的平均回收率为 10 1.4 8% ,RSD =1.16 % (n =5 )。结论 所用方法简便、准确 ,可用于十一味金色丸的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish TLC identification methods for Fructus chebulae、Herba aconiti Tangutici,Herba hypecoe,Semen herpetospermi and Radix Aconiti,and establish a method for quantitative determination of gallic acid in Shiyiwei Jinse pills.METHODS The TLC method was used to identify Fructus chebulae etc. Gallic acid was determined by HPLC.RESULTS The specificities of TLC was proved.RSD of precision by HPLC was 1.12%,and mean of recoveries was 101.48%.Regression equation was A=5×10 6C-7.6×10 3 (r=0.9998).CONCLUSION These methods are simple and credible, and can be used to control the quality of Shiyiwei Jinse pills.
