摘要
通过研究茶多酚对高脂血症大鼠血脂代谢和肝组织MDA、T-SOD含量的影响,初步探讨其对高脂血症性脂肪肝的作用。采用高脂饲料建立大鼠高脂血症模型后随机分组,按组别分别给药2周,观察各组大鼠血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量变化,肝组织和血清中MDA含量、T-SOD活性变化及肝组织病理学特性。结果表明:与高脂模型组比较,茶多酚高、中剂量组大鼠血清中TC、TG、LDL-C水平、MDA含量下降,HDL-C水平和T-SOD活性升高,肝组织中MDA含量下降和T-SOD活性升高,且均与高脂模型组相比差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01,P <0. 05),组织学观察表明高剂量茶多酚能明显减轻肝细胞脂肪变性,提示茶多酚具有明显改善血脂水平和抗氧化作用,且存在一定量效关系。
The effects of tea polyphenols on blood lipid metabolism and contents of MDA and T-SOD in liver tissue of hyperlipidemia rat were researched to preliminary study the effect of tea polyphenols on hyperlipidemia fatty liver. Rats were feed with high fat diet for four weeks to establish hyperlipidemia model,then the rats were randomly divided into different groups,and gavaged for two weeks. The total cholesterol( TC),triglyceride( TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL-C) in rats serum were detected,and the malondialdehyde( MDA) content and total superoxide dismutase( T-SOD) activity in rats serum and liver tissue and histopathology in rats liver tissue were examined. The results showed that compared with high fat model group, tea polyphenols high and middle dose groups could obviously decrease the contents of TC,TG and LDL-C levels( P < 0. 01,P < 0. 05),while increase HDL-C level( P < 0. 01) in rats serum,significantly decrease MDA content and increase T-SOD activity in rats serum and hepatic tissue( P < 0. 01). Tea polyphenols high dose group could significantly decrease hepatocellular steatosis. So tea polyphenols could obviously improve blood lipid level and antioxidant effect,and had dose-effect relationship.
