摘要
我国油脂工业目前使用的溶剂为6号溶剂油即浸出轻汽油,是从石油中提炼的.由于近年来油脂浸出、分提等工业生产的迅猛发展,轻汽油供不应求,出现了较大的缺口,严重地影响了油脂工业的发展.对此,本文在实验室研究的基础上,系统论述了糠醛作为一种新的再生溶剂在油脂工业上应用的可行性,以期缓解当前供需出现的矛盾,促进我国糠醛工业和油脂工业的深入发展.
The solvent now used in our oil and fat Industry is the No.6 solvent oil,namely extracting light gasoline,which i.s derived from petroleum.Since the fast devepopment of oil-extracting and oil-fractionating in the industrial pro-duction,We now face the problem the demand of the solvent exceeds the supply,which holds up the development of the oil industry.So this article,based on the lab experimental study,systematicaly discusses the feasibility of the application of furfural as a new reductive solvnt in oil industry,for the purpose of mitigating the contradiction between the supply and demand,improving the further development of 60th oil industry and furfural industry.
