摘要
参苓白术散是临床治疗脾虚夹湿型消化系统疾病的常用经典方,临床治疗效果显著。随着中医药对恶性肿瘤的不断深入研究,发现参苓白术散在治疗消化系统恶性肿瘤中亦有显著疗效,其中尤以胃恶性肿瘤为主,可明显改善患者症状,提高患者生活质量,减轻化疗毒副反应。现将近年来参苓白术散在胃恶性肿瘤临床应用中取得疗效的文献兹以综述,以供参考。
Shenling Baizhu Powder is a classic prescription for the treatment of digestive system diseases with spleen deficiency complicated by dampness retention,and its therapeutic effect is remarkable.With the continuous and in-depth study of malignant tumors treated with traditional Chinese medicine,it was found that Shenling Baizhu Powder was effective in the treatment of malignant tumors of digestive system,especially for malignant gastric carcinoma through significantly relieving the symptoms,improving the quality of life and reducing the side effects of chemotherapy.This article reviewed the reports of Shenling Baizhu Powder in the clinical application of gastric malignant tumor in recent years,so as to supply reference for the future research of Shenling Baizhu Powder.
