摘要
目的 :建立静脉用药调配中心审方药师培训考核体系,提高审方效果,促进合理用药。方法 :从培训目标、培训内容的规范性、培训方式的多样性、理论考核与实践考核相结合等方面规范审方药师的培训。结果 :经过系统培训,审方药师能快速掌握审方技能、胜任工作岗位。结论 :审方药师规范化培训及实施促进了我院的合理用药工作,保障了患者用药安全。
Objective:To establish a training and assessment system for prescription pharmacists in pharmacy intravenous admixture services to improve the effect of prescription review and promote rational drug use.Methods:The training of prescription pharmacists was standardized from the aspects of training objectives,the standardization of training contents,the diversity of training methods,the combination of theoretical assessment and practical assessment.Results:After systematic training,the prescription pharmacist can quickly master the skills of prescription review and be qualified for the post.Conclusion:The standardized training and implementation of prescription pharmacists can promote rational drug use in our hospital and ensure the safety of drug use for patients.
