摘要
目的 :探讨雾化吸入莫西沙星溶液对慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者炎症因子及血气指标的影响。方法 :选择本院2017年5月—2019年5月收治的86例慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组采用沙丁胺醇(0.4 mg,tid)治疗,观察组给予盐酸莫西沙星注射液(100 mg,qid)治疗。比较两组炎性因子及血气指标水平。结果 :观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后观察组白细胞介素(IL)-18、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均低于对照组,IL-10高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后观察组动脉血氧分压(PaO2)高于对照组,动脉二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 :莫西沙星溶液雾化吸入治疗慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭的临床效果较好,能够有效改善患者的炎症反应,调节血气指标。
Objective:To investigate the effect of moxifloxacin solution aerosol inhalation on inflammatory factors and blood gas indexes in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD)and respiratory failure.Methods:86 patients with COPD and respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected as subjects investigated and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,43 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with salbutamol(0.4 mg,tid),and the patients in the observation group were treated with moxifloxacin hydrochloride injection(100 mg,qid).The levels of inflammatory factors and blood gas indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant.difference(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin(IL)-18,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-αand C reactive protein(CRP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of IL-10 was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant.differences(P<0.05).The arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant.differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxifloxacin solution aerosol inhalation is effective in the treatment of COPD and respiratory failure,which can effectively improve the inflammatory response of the patients and regulate blood gas indexes.
