摘要
目的 :观察全杜仲胶囊联合针灸治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效及对患者膝关节功能的影响。方法 :选取2015年1月—2017年12月我院收治的126例膝骨关节炎患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各63例;对照组采用杜仲壮骨胶囊(3粒,tid)联合针灸治疗,观察组采取全杜仲胶囊(5粒,bid)联合针灸治疗,4周为1疗程。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后病情程度、疼痛程度、关节活动功能、生活质量的变化情况。结果 :观察组临床疗效的整体水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后两组骨关节炎指数评分(WOMAC)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Lysholm膝关节评分量表(LKSS)、SF-36生活质量量表各维度评分均较治疗前改善,且观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 :全杜仲胶囊联合针灸治疗膝骨关节炎临床疗效确切,可有效改善膝关节功能,抑制疼痛,从而全面提升患者的生活质量。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of complete Eucommia ulmoides capsules combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and their effect on knee joint function. Methods: 126 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, 63 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given Eucommia ulmoides bone-strengthening capsules(3 capsules, tid) Combined with acupuncture and moxibustion, and the patients in the observation group were given complete Eucommia ulmoides capsules(5 capsules, bid) combined with acupuncture and moxibustion, 4 weeks for a course of treatment. The clinical efficacy and changes in illness degree, pain degree, joint function and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The overall clinical efficacy in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of osteoarthritis index(WOMAC), visual analogue scale(VAS), Lysholm knee joint scale and SF-36 quality of life scale in the two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment, and the scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Complete Eucommia ulmoides capsules combined with acupuncture and moxibustion have definite clinical efficacy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, and can effectively improve knee joint function and inhibit pain, thereby comprehensively improving the quality of life of patients.
