摘要
面对日受关注的抗生素滥用与耐药性问题,基于复杂性科学探讨认为,抗生素的根本出路在合理应用。要树立综合防治科学理念,处理好抗生素、病原体与机体三者之间的相互关系,严格掌握应用指征,及时足量治疗,一方面避免"无病时滥用,一旦患病却无药可用";另一方面,避免因贻误病情而反要更大剂量、更长时间的用药。
In the face of the problem of antibiotic abuse and drug resistance which is concerned about day by day, based on the science of complexity, it is considered that the fundamental way for antibiotics is rational application. It is necessary to set up the scientific concept of comprehensive prevention and cure, and well deal with the relationship among the antibiotics, the pathogens and the body. Strictly grasp the application of indications and treat timely. On the one hand, to avoid the situation of " Misuse in the absence of disease, and no drug can be used once it is ill ", on the other hand, to avoid delaying the disease so as to need greater dose and longer treatment.
