摘要
目的 :分析维生素D水平与呼吸道疾病的相关性。方法 :将我院2016年1-6月收治的76例呼吸道感染患儿和同期来我院接受体检的80例健康儿童分别设为观察组和对照组,采集两组研究对象清晨空腹静脉血,检测血清维生素D水平,比较两组血清维生素D水平,计算两组维生素D缺乏率、不足率。结果 :观察组血清维生素D水平为(20.96±3.25)ng/m L,低于对照组健康儿童的(37.41±3.77)ng/m L(P<0.05)。观察组血清维生素D缺乏率、不足率分别为31.58%,57.89%,高于对照组健康儿童的7.50%,22.50%(P<0.05)。SPSS Pearson相关性分析软件结果表明:呼吸道疾病发生率与维生素D水平呈正相关性(r=0.495,P<0.05),即维生素D水平越低,呼吸道疾病发生率越高。结论 :血清维生素D水平降低是呼吸道疾病发生和发展的促进因素。
Objective:To determine the correlation between vitamin D level and respiratory diseases. Methods:A total of 76 pediatric patients with respiratory tract infection who were admitted to our hospital from January to June 2016 and 80 healthy children who underwent physical examination in our hospital were enrolled into the observation group and control group, respectively. Venous blood was collected from the patients in the morning after fasting, and serum vitamin D level, vitamin D deficiency and inadequacy rates were compared between the two groups. Results:Serum vitamin D level was significantly lower in the observation group(20.96±3.25 ng/m L) than in the control group(37.41±3.77 ng/m L)(P<0.05). Serum vitamin D deficiency and inadequacy rates were significantly higher in the observation group(31.58% and 57.89%, respectively) than in the control group(7.50% and 22.50%, respectively)(P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis by the SPSS software showed that the incidence rate of respiratory disease is positively correlated with vitamin D level(r=0.495, P<0.05), where lower the level of vitamin D, higher the incidence of respiratory disease. Conclusion:Reduced serum vitamin D is a promoting factor for the development and progression of respiratory diseases.
