摘要
目的:分析朱砂用水飞法炮制后可溶性硫、汞的含量变化。方法:可溶性硫的含量测定用电极法,可溶性汞的含量测定用原子吸附法。结果 :硫离子、汞的测定方法线性范围宽,准确性及灵敏度均较高;朱砂经过水飞法炮制后,可溶性硫离子含量明显升高,汞的含量明显降低。结论 :朱砂中硫离子、汞的含量测定分别用电极法、原子吸附法,结果准确,灵敏度高,回收率高,且方法简单、快捷。可为证明炮制朱砂增效减毒提供科学依据。
Objective:To analyze the change of soluble suphur and mercury contents in cinnabar prepared by elutriation. Methods:The content of soluble sulphur was determined by electrode method, while that of soluble mercury by atomic absorption method. Results:The method showed large linear range, high accuracy and high sensitivity. The content of soluble sulphur ion in cinnabar prepared by elutriation increased significantly, while that of soluble mercury decreased significantly. Conclusion:The soluble sulphur and mercury contents in cinnabar prepared by elutriation were determined by electrode method and atomic absorption method respectively, of which the results were accurate, sensitive and of high recovery, and the methods were simple and rapid. It provided a scientific basis for the enhanced effect and decreased toxicity of prepared cinnabar.
