摘要
目的评估2017年郑州市死因监测漏报情况,调查漏报原因,提高死因监测工作水平。方法根据2017年郑州市15个县(市、区)各乡镇(街道)死亡报告情况、经济情况及人口水平,随机抽取1个街道(办事处),每个抽中的乡镇(街道)的所有家庭均为调查对象。结合公安、民政、妇幼计生等部门及各村(居委会)等多个途径,调查收集发生在该地区的所有死亡信息,与人口死亡信息登记管理系统信息进行比对,计算郑州市死亡报告漏报率。两组率的比较采用χ2检验。结果郑州市2017年死因漏报调查漏报率为25.24%。死亡漏报病例特点为城市漏报率(30.40%)高于农村(14.64%),男性(26.79%)高于女性(22.88%),低年龄段高于高年龄段,且差异均有统计学意义。不同死亡地点死亡漏报率也不相同。结论郑州市死因登记存在明显死亡个案漏报,应加强信息共享,完善死亡登记报告制度,提高死因监测工作水平。
Objective To evaluate the under-reporting of death causes of Zhengzhou City in 2007,explore the reasons of under-reporting,in order to increase the surveillance levels.Methods According to the quality of death cause report,economic and population level of all districts in Zhengzhou city in 2017,15 towns or streets were selected,and the household in these fields are all covered.The death data was collected from different sectors and channels,such as civil affairs,public security,maternal and child family planning and villages(community committees),and were compared with the reporting death data from the National Cause of Death Surveillance System.The under-reporting rate was calculated.The SPSS21.0 software was applied for statistical processing and Chi-square analysis.Results The under-reporting rate was 25.24%in Zhengzhou.The characteristics of under-reporting death cases showed that the rate in urban areas(30.40%)was higher than that in rural areas(14.64%),the male(26.79%)was higher than the female(22.88%),the low age was higher than the other age group,and the difference were statistically significant.The under-reporting rate was different in different places.Conclusion Zhengzhou has a significant number of under-reporting deaths.Information sharing should be strengthened,the death registration reporting system should be optimized,and the level of death monitoring should be improved.
