摘要
目的了解惠阳区基层医疗卫生机构健康教育现状与需求、目标人群健康教育相关知识和技能水平,为开展基层医疗卫生机构健康教育工作提供科学依据和参考。方法采用自制调查问卷对医护人员和患者进行调查,并借助SPSS 22.0统计软件进行描述性分析。结果调查的193个医护人员中,医护人员认为在诊疗/护理过程中影响开展健康教育服务的原因"没有时间"占83.94%、"缺乏开展健康教育工作的知识和技能"占77.20%;调查的50名患者中,有八成的患者在就诊过程中有医生进行了健康教育,且95.12%的人认为医生的讲解对自己有帮助。结论基层医疗卫生机构应大力开展健康促进与教育服务。
Objective To investigate the primary medical and health institutions in huiyang district on health education situation and requirement and provide the scientific evidence for health education works.Methods Based on the self-designed questionnaire to investigate the medical personnel and patients,to analyze the data by descriptive analysis SPSS 22.0 statistical software.Results 193 medical providers were enrolled,who hold opinion on the cause for on education during the process of diagnosis and treatment/care for ' no time '(83.94%),the cause for the 'lack of knowledge and skills of carrying out health education work '(77.20%).50 patients were enrolled,about 80% patients got the health education from doctors in the clinic and 95.12% people thought that the doctor ' s explanation was good help.Conclusion Primary medical and health institutions should carry out health promotion and education services.
