摘要
目的探讨拉莫三嗪和丙戊酸镁缓释片在治疗双相情感障碍疗效和安全性,并比较这两种药的治疗效果;方法选取渭南市精神卫生中心收治的120例双相情感障碍患者分组进行临床观察分析。结果对所选取的120名患者进行联合治疗,拉莫三嗪在疗效、安全性和副作用方面,都优于丙戊酸镁缓释片。结论在治疗双相情感障碍患者时,拉莫三嗪比丙戊酸镁缓释片治疗效果好,且拉莫三嗪副反应较少、副作用较小。
Objective To discuss the curative effect and safety of Lamotrigine and magnesium valproates sustained release tablets in treating bipolar affective disorder. Methods In Weinan Mental Health Center,120 cases of bipolar affective disorder were recruited for clinical observation and analysis. Results The 120 patients were given combined treatment,the Lamotrigine manifested superior curativeness,safety and less side effects compared to magnesium valproates sustained release tablet. Conclusion Lamotrigine is more preferable than magnesium valproates sustained release tablets.
