摘要
目的探讨复方炔诺酮联合利培酮治疗女性周期性精神障碍的疗效。方法选取2014年1月至2019年1月襄阳市安定医院收治的女性周期性精神障碍患者86例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组予以复方炔诺酮片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用利培酮分散片治疗。比较两组患者疗效、简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分、激素水平以及不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组治疗有效率较高,治疗1个疗程、2个疗程时BPRS评分及治疗后睾酮水平均较低,治疗后催乳素水平较高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方炔诺酮联合利培酮治疗女性周期性精神障碍可改善患者病情与激素水平,提升临床疗效,且无明显不良反应,安全性较高。
Objective To explore the efficacy of compound norethisterone combined with risperidone in the treatment of female periodic mental disorders.Methods A total of 86 female patients with periodic mental disorders admitted to Xiangyang Anding Hospital from January 2014 to January 2019 were selected as research objects,and divided into 2 groups by random number table method,with 43 cases in the control group and 43 cases in the observation group.The control group was treated with compound norethisterone tablets,while the observation group was treated with risperidone dispersible tablets on the treatment basis of the control group.The efficacy,Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)score,hormone level and adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,the BPRS scores after 1 course and 2 courses of the treatment as well as the testosterone level after the treatment were lower,and the prolactin level after the treatment was higher,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound norethindrone combined with risperidone in the treatment of female periodic mental disorders can effectively improve the patient’s condition and hormone levels,and enhance the clinical efficacy.It has high safety without obvious adverse reactions.
